Desonide Ointment Indications
For external use: allergic dermatitis, seborrhea, and various forms of eczema, atopic dermatitis, psoriasis, prurigo, red flat warty lichen. For topical application: inflammatory anterior segment and its appendages, allergic conjunctivitis, blepharitis scaly, episcleritis, recurrent iritis, iridocyclitis posterior segment eye, thermal and chemical destruction of the cornea.

The use of Desonide Ointment
Desonide administered in the form of eye drops (1-2 drops), or as an eye ointment 3 – 4 p / day. Perhaps the use of eye drops during the day and at night – the ointment. Treatment course – 12-15 days. Continuous use of the drug over a month is not recommended. Before starting treatment, make sure there are no contraindications. Contra Desonide Ointment
Hypersensitivity to Desonide.
For local use: increased intraocular pressure, acute viral disease of the cornea (including caused by Herpes simplex) in the stage of ulceration, conjunctivitis with ulcerative keratitis, tuberculosis, eye, fungal eye, purulent ophthalmia, purulent conjunctivitis, purulent blepharitis, stye.
For external use: bacterial, viral, fungal skin diseases, tuberculosis, skin, syphilitic skin manifestations, skin tumors.
Pregnancy and breastfeeding
During pregnancy and lactation, as well as young children use strict indications and under medical supervision.
Cautions
Not recommended for use in injuries and abrasions of the cornea. When applied to large areas of skin or damaged skin, as well as in the case of occlusive dressings may increase the absorption and the manifestation of resorptive action.
